Experience In UTP (Universiti Teknologi Petronas)

Assalamualaikum and Hye,

so this is my new blog actually as my old blog had been deleted. So now i'm going to write about my experience as a student in UTP July 2016 intake, but first i want to apologize if i have any grammar mistakes.

In UTP i'm taking ICT( Information and Communication Technology), which is all mostly about computers, software, etc. Didn't expect to continue my studies here cos I really wanted to continue my studies in science, I love science so much but it was my fate to study here in ICT course nv.

 It all started after I've applied for the Foundation July Intake in the official website of UTP. If i'm not mistaken a couple of months later, UTP had called for those who have applied for that intake to go for an interview. For those who live in  Sabah and Sarawak you don't have to go all the way to Perak for your interview, there's a specific place for them to go. In the interview there's lots of question in the computer, for me the questions are a bit hard haha, before i went to he interview i had studied the example of questions that might come out in the interview ( A lot of KBAT).After finished answering all of the questions in the computer, we have to sit in a group and the lecturer or facilitator( I couldn't remember) will give a topic about anything, it might be a current issue that we know, but that time i've got the topic of 'what is your favorite color'. We have to speak out to everyone in our group about that topic, it might sound easy, but this is how they want to know if we can speak English and they want to observe our capability to talk in front of people.

 this is me on the very first day entering utp as a student.:) Now i'm on my last sem, a couple of months more till i end my foundation year.

 So this is a picture of my room, I'm staying in Village 1D. Before this i stayed at Village 2C, but i've moved to Village 1D, didn't get the chance to take photos there. Every single student have 22.5gb for wifi, but if you want to save it in case of waste or something, you can use the LAN wire in your rooms. So some juniors had asked me about irons etc, well act we have to bring it on our own, utp don't provide iron, iron board, kettle etc.

Sorry a bit messy there haha, this is a picture of my study desk, there's a shelf up there where you can put your food, makeups lol. You can bring your printer if you want to but actually there is a printing room in UTP but it's so far from my room, i'm lazy to walk there. If you want to print using in the utp printing room, you must buy a card and there's this guy will help you for it.

My advice to you all, don't ever forget to bring your extension plug ( i guess the name ) lol,

So this is a picture of me during the Minggu Aluan Siswa (MAS WEEK) or some people called it the

orientation week. Yes a bit tiring but i've enjoyed it meeting new people from another state. 

 
This picture was taken after MAS week, i mean it's the end of MAS week and that means the next week will be going to start our very first class in UTP.
That day i've made lots of new friends and until now we're still close together.
